Oral Web Studios is a South Africa–based brand identity, website design, development and SEO studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information connected with this website and enquiries about our services. It does not replace any privacy terms agreed for a separate client project.

This website has no contact form, account registration, phone-number field or SMS sign-up. The only information you submit through the website’s booking flow is collected through Calendly. Calendly provides us with the booking details needed to arrange and follow up on your discovery call. If you choose to email us directly, we receive only the information you include in that email.

When a browser loads the site, the server delivering it may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details and the page requested. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive health information through email or the booking form.

We use enquiry and booking details to respond to you, assess your project, arrange a discovery call and follow up about the services you requested. We may also use information as needed to provide agreed services, maintain the website and meet legal obligations. A booking does not, by itself, sign you up for unrelated marketing.
